The challenge

Client needed help to support development of local medical launch readiness plans including local medical objectives, competitive positioning, scientific narrative, and data generation, and stakeholder engagement strategy for a new vaccine.

Our solution

We developed a framework to systematically assess medical planning for the asset that included the medical objectives, competitive positioning, scientific narrative, data generation, and stakeholder engagement. Country-specific syntheses of strategic considerations were developed to inform medical planning. The significance and feasibility of supporting the asset scientific narratives were considered by country.

The results

We provided an executive summary of the asset’s medical objectives, key scientific narratives, gaps and potential challenges, country action plans, and implications for regional and global.
