Putnam announces Fall 2022 promotions

Putnam, a leader in the life sciences strategic advisory services, congratulates Amy Costello and Emily Healey on their promotions to Director, as well as several other October promotees across its consultant levels.

Amy Costello, Director, Business Operations, joined the firm in 2012 as an Executive Assistant and since held multiple operational roles. She’s grateful for Putnam’s continuous support and encouragement to grow within the organization over the past 10 years. Amy shares. “It’s been an honor to be surrounded by such talented and hard-working individuals and I’m looking forward to the continued journey ahead in my new role.”

Emily Healey, Director, Talent Acquisition, joined Putnam as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2015. She feels lucky to be surrounded by a collaborative and committed team and wants to thank everyone that has supported her throughout her recruiting career. Emily shares, “It’s been such a privilege being part of the talent and people team at Putnam. Working for a company that cares so deeply for talent acquisition allows me to be true thought partner in the growth of the company.”
