Nathan George serves clients across a wide variety of commercial challenges. He has led many engagements that help drive organizations from initial product and portfolio strategy through to commercial performance with his collaborative approach and deep expertise on engaging accounts, HCPs, and patients through sales and marketing. He makes creative use of analytics including AI and ML to create assessments, measurements, and metrics to drive the strategies created, and makes use of those analytics to inform organizational decision making and behavioral changes. He has worked across many therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, immunology, neurology, behavioral sciences, addiction, psychedelics, dermatology, respiratory, gastroenterology, and rare diseases. Prior to his consulting career, Nathan spent 7 years in key account management and sales leadership. Nathan earned his MBA at the University of North Carolina and his BA in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College.

Neelesh (Neel) Chudasama, MD is a leader in our Medical and Scientific Affairs practice, based out of San Francisco. He brings years of experience in defining Medical and Commercial strategy across asset lifecycle, therapeutic areas (including Cardiovascular, Oncology, Inflammation, and CNS), and drug modalities, in addition to active part-time Cardiology clinical practice.
Neel most recently served as head of Portfolio Strategy at Frontier Medicines. Prior to that, he led Commercial Strategy at BridgeBio. He was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, in both the Pharmaceuticals and Private Equity practices, and led their global Cardiovascular Service Line. He completed medical school, residency, and Cardiology fellowship at Columbia University, and continues part-time Cardiology clinical practice. He received his undergraduate degree at MIT, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
He is looking forward to working with exceptional colleagues, bringing impact to clients, and continuing to grow Putnam as a leading, world-class organization.
