David Cork

Director, Market Access

David has been working in market access and HEOR consulting since 2015, supporting pharmaceutical, Biotech, and MedTech companies in developing and communicating market access, HTA, and RWE strategies. His primary focus at Putnam is strategic and tactical value: leading the development of compelling payer value strategies, value communication materials, and evidence generation plans to support value demonstration. David has wide ranging strategic and tactical market access and HEOR experience, also including HTA strategy and submission, targeted and systematic literature reviews, and real-world evidence generation. He has experience across many therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on oncology.

Prior to his career in consulting, David gained a PhD in molecular and translational cancer research and subsequently held post-doctoral research positions at Newcastle University, UK.
